AQL standards are strictly followed during all inspections.Inspection results are reported to the client to offer a total transparency.

Factory and supplier processes are reviewed and ensured that suppliers are following established inspection procedures
Customer requirements are reviewed and made sure they are met at production point
Factory audits are managed and all required compliance are ensured
Waste reduction and efficiency increase techniques are searched
Quality procedures of client’s are managed and roll-out to all POPs
Documentation procedures are set up and controls maintained
Supplier performance is monitored by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports
